Ingredients

1 Can Creamed Corn

1 Can Whole Kernel Corn, Drained

1 Can Evaporated Milk

1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

3 Eggs

3 Tablespoons Self-rising Flour

1 Tablespoon Sugar

1 Stick Melted Butter

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 325°F.

    Mix eggs and self-rising flour together in a bowl.

  3. 3

    Add all remaining ingredients to a 13×9-inch pan.

  4. 4

    Pour the egg-and-flour mixture into the pan and stir to combine.

  5. 5

    Bake at 325°F for 45–60 minutes, or until the casserole is set and lightly golden.
